FIC Flare & Water Tracker
Feline cystitis (FIC) is recurrent and exhausting, and the things that calm it, a calmer home and more water, work slowly and invisibly. This tracker makes them visible. Log each flare to see them space out over time, and track water intake, the cheapest and most effective lever for the bladder. A wellbeing aid, not a diagnosis.
What are you tracking?
How are they passing urine?
Any blood in the urine?
How are they in themselves?
Any of these? (tick any)
Trips to the tray (or outside) (optional)
Anything else? (optional)
This tracker is a wellbeing and communication aid, not a diagnosis. It cannot tell you what is causing your pet's urinary signs, only help you record and watch them and spot when something needs the vet. A male cat straining and passing little or nothing is an emergency, go straight to a vet. Never start, stop or change any treatment based on this tracker.
